Positions Available

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • The BCBA is an integral member of our clinical staff, and is responsible to:

    • -Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments
    • - Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff efforts to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
    • -Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs, and adjust as necessary
    • -Provide ABA training for parent and other caregivers
    • -Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
    • -Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using our Catalyst program
    • -Perform other related duties as required


    • -Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
    • - Master's Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Child Psych, etc.
    • - Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (such as VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.)
    • - Display excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment
    • - Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
    • - Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers
    • - Respect for cultural diversity and capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity
    • - Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented
    • - Strong leadership and management capabilities
    • - Willingness to accept supervision and guidance, and remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Job Requirements:

    • - Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
    • - Arrive on time and ready for therapy sessions
    • - Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practices in ABA therapy
    • - Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
    • - Be responsive to the needs and direction of clients, their families and supervisors
    • - Other related duties as required


    • - Experience/Education in field such as mental/behavioral health, social work, psychology, etc. preferred
    • - Must have a minimum of 6 months of ABA experience working with children with Autism
    • - Complete a 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course provided through GBA, unless previously certified
    • - Team player, who can provide excellent customer service to clients and their families
    • - Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
    • - Able to independently implement programming without daily supervision
    • - Personal means of transportation (willing to travel)
    • - Seeks feedback, supervision, and ongoing training
    • - Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities, and their families
    • - Empathy, integrity, and a positive upbeat energy
    • - Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
    • - Technologically proficient; familiarity with Apple and/or Android devices
